At the start of 2024, Provider Success (providersuccess.co) was just me, Tim - a determined solopreneur with a vision to help clinicians grow cash-based membership practices that, in return, help hundreds if not thousands of people live their best and healthiest lives.

A shocking setback came just three months into 2024. Routine testing showed stage IV colon cancer and I began a fight for my life.

Survival is a good way for me to define this past year. Determined to prevail, there was no way I was giving up! I had immensely supportive clients, who gave me another reason to stay focused and keep my mind off the disease. When I was transparent about my fight with cancer, they still hired and believed in me, giving me a renewed sense of purpose during one of the hardest times of my life. I am truly humbled and incredibly grateful.

Fast-forward to January 2025, Provider Success is now a team of four. How did that happen?

Two years ago, I started out by offering business and sales coaching then added a customer relationship management (CRM) system for conversion tracking and marketing. Together with my clients, we found success in many new patients purchasing memberships and adding those dollars into your bank account.

Then something surprising happened. My mom, who was in town for my doctor visits, said, “You could use some help with your business!” The next day, VOILA! My phone rang, and marketing talent reached out, asking me to join the team. Help was on the way!

“Tim, I heard about Provider Success, how can I help?” they asked.

At first, I wasn’t sure. Up to this point, I hadn’t planned on building a team. I was just surviving through each day. But then I thought, I do need help during some intense treatments and surgeries ahead.

So, I took a leap of faith. I started bringing on experts to the Provider Success team. This allowed me to provide my clients with added, high value service and support. These experts aren’t just professionals - they are talented leaders in the fields of:

And my personal win of 2024, I survived 6 months of intense chemotherapy, major surgery, and a life-threatening cancerous tumor.
